Makemeover has a team of enthusiastic, qualified Hairdressers & Makeup Artists who are passionate about their work. We service the Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Ipswich areas. Our aim is to enhance your natural beauty and give you the confidence to attend any function or event. We provide you with the best and most professional service for your special day.
Makemeover is unique because we provide an entire range of traditional, contemporary and fashionable glamour and bodyart services. We offer all of these services in the comfort of your own home, at a location of your choice or alternatively, from our Studio in Rochedale, Brisbane.
We use the best products, tools and equipment and our key objective is to offer excellence in customer service and satisfaction.

Locations & Venues
For the safety and security of our staff, we reserve the right to refuse a requested service to any location or event that we are not able to check or verify to our satisfaction. It is encumbent upon our clients to provide a secure working environment for the duration of the service provided. If there is any suggestion of threat, menace, danger or improper behaviour during a service at an accepted location, we reserve the right to withdraw our services immediately, without refund. Any requested venue change, less than 72 hours before a booked event, may result in the cancellation of that service.
Travel, Toll and Parking Expenses
All published pricing excludes travel related expenses. Travel costs to any given location will be listed separately and be based on information provided. If the information provided is incorrect, we reserve the right to amend our original travel allowance quotation. Travel charges quoted are compliant with the Australian Tax Office remuneration calculator and represent travel expenses incurred in a single journey to and from a given location. In the absence of free or prepaid parking being provided, timed street Pay parking must be paid for and attended by persons nominated by our client. We cannot stop services to attend to parking issues and any fines levied that are relative to parking for the duration of booked services, will be for the account of the client

Confirmation of a booking requires an advance deposit payment of 20% of the total quoted price for the service(s) to be provided. Bookings cancelled more than 30 days from the event will be refunded in full, less a$25.00 administration fee. Bookings cancelled within 30 days and up to the day of the event will be forfeit. Any requested or granted refunds, or percentage thereof during this period will be strictly at our discretion.
Payment in full is required prior to the date of the service, this can be done by Cash, Direct Deposit, Electronic Funds Transfer or PayPal. Cheques are accepted but require a full 10 day clearance period. Bank Account details will be provided on a pro forma Invoice issued upon acceptance of our Quotation.
We must be notified of any pre existing medical conditions prior to any servcies. This applies to all party members and includes any allergies, medical conditions, recent surgerys or infections. We reserve the right not to proceed with a service if we have not been notified of a medical condition prior to the appointment. If we are not informed of any pre existing medical conditions, allergies, recent surgeries, infections or any other afflictions, Make Me Over take no responsibility for any wrong doing or any unforeseen complications that may arise as a direct reaction or complication to the application or use of any of our products. All medical concerns must be addressed in writing to our sales team prior to any booking.
Our clients complete satisfaction is our aim. We want to achieve a look that not only enhances your natural beauty and suits your personality but also makes you feel glamorous, unique and confident on your special day. A trial is the best way to ensure that you and your stylist are well prepared and in insync to make you look and feel absolutely amazing on your special day. Every element is important and we colour match natural skin tones to suit makeup as well as hair pieces if needed. We create customised notes on each client to ensure that our stylists get every detail perfect on the day of the event. For a trial, our stylists can do two makeup looks & one hair style per person. Additional makeup looks and hairstyles will be charged at a rate of $65 per hour or $50 per style.

At Makemeover we have no minimum numbers for a booking. Group bookings constitute three or more people. Please enquire about the generous discounts you can receive for a group booking.
All prices are quoted GST Inclusive, but Exclude Travel Charges and Tolls incurred to and from your destination. Mileage charges are billed at $0.63c per kilometre as calculated on the ATO Mileage Calculator. (safe external link to Australian Tax Office site)
We will provide you with a Confirmation Quotation that will include an accurate estimate of toll and mileage charges for your information and approval. To confirm a booking we require a 20% Deposit. Should your circumstances change up to 30 days prior to the event, the deposit is fully refundable less a $25.00 administration charge.
Prior to our visit we will provide a Questionnaire to complete that will address any medical, allergy or skin condition that may exist, together with a hygiene and Preparation Sheet.
We are sure that you will understand and appreciate the relevance that time plays in our pricing and to the completion of our services. It is VERY important that we are informed if any of your party have especially thick, curly, frizzy or difficult to manage hair as this can take considerably longer to style and has to be costed and time managed accordingly. Please also make us aware of any small children that you may want included.
